Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Praxis subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
When you’re charged
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged for the plan you selected, and your subscription then renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing in the app. When you cancel:
- you will not be billed for any future periods;
- you keep full access to your plan through the end of the period you have already paid for; and
- your subscription then ends — it is not deleted, and you can resubscribe later.
Refunds
Because of the free trial, you can evaluate Praxis fully before paying. For that reason, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods after cancellation, except where required by law.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional cases — for example, a duplicate charge or a clear billing error. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll look into it promptly.
Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and any change applies to your next billing period. You can cancel before a change takes effect if you don’t wish to continue.
