What’s the difference between Core and Premium?
Core gives you the full platform — automatic brokerage sync, CSV import, positions, journal, calendar, orders, strategy tagging, your performance dashboard, and export. Premium adds the risk desk: Live Risk, the Reality Engine, Analysis breakdowns, and the ITGS institutional grade.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, but you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
Which brokers are supported?
Automatic sync covers twenty-plus major brokerages and exchanges — including Robinhood, Interactive Brokers, Schwab, Fidelity, Coinbase, and more — through a secure, read-only connection, with more added regularly. You can also import from any broker via CSV.
What is the ITGS grade?
Available on Premium, the Institutional Trader Grading Standard scores your record on nine weighted pillars — from risk-adjusted return to behavioral discipline — on a ten-tier scale from AAA to D, plus a five-gate Allocator Grade that asks whether a fund would back you.
Can Praxis place trades or move money?
No. The brokerage connection is read-only by design — we can analyze your history, but we can never place trades, withdraw, or move funds.
Is my trading data private?
Your data is isolated to your own account with database row-level security, encrypted, and never sold, shared, or used to train anything.
